What’s better than freshly picked berries in the summertime? Picking them yourselves! Just 45 minutes from Boston, the coast and the Lakes Region, Londonderry has a great selection of fresh fruit just waiting to be picked. Sunnycrest is brimming this week with pick-your-own cherries and strawberries, which are disappearing quickly, fresh raspberries just came in for U-Pick Thursday and blueberries will be ready for picking shortly!
Open daily, 7 AM until noon, the farm is a great place to bring the family and wander the fields, filling buckets and pints with fresh Londonderry fruit. Come early and pick quick to go home and make some delicious pancakes and muffins for breakfast with the fresh fruit. Or save it for later in the day and make a delicious desert!
